There is a documentation error on Page 64 of the "Microsoft Editor for
MS OS/2 and MS-DOS Operating Systems User's Guide". The line

3. Invoke the Initialize function (press F10).

should read as follows :

3. Invoke the Initialize function (press SHIFT+F8)

The F10 should be replaced with SHIFT+F8. SHIFT+8 is the default.
