SYMPTOMS
========

WINHELP.EXE may cause a general protection (GP) fault if you perform the
following steps:

1. From Program Manager's Help menu, choose Contents. (Or, start WINHELP.EXE by
  choosing Help from any Windows-based program.)

2. Minimize Windows Help.

3. Start Microsoft Mail by choosing its icon in Program Manager's Main program
  group.

4. In the Welcome To Mail dialog box, where you are prompted for a postoffice,
  press the F1 key.

The GP Fault dialog box should allow you to close WINHELP.EXE and then continue
using Windows for Workgroups Mail without crashing your system or causing any
further problems.
