SYMPTOMS
========
When you add a sub-folder to the Outbox folder, the folder is highlighted as if
there were messages waiting to be sent. The icon also changes.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior is by design.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange versions 4.0
and 5.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
