SYMPTOMS
========
When you minimize Microsoft Bookshelf after activating a pop-up definition, the
pop-up definition remains open, even after Bookshelf is restored. If you click
outside the pop-up definition, the window still fails to close.
WORKAROUND
==========
Manually close the pop-up definition by clicking the Close button in the
upper-right corner of the pop-up window.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf '96-'97 for
Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATION
================
The pop-up definition has an active or "Always on Top" status when Bookshelf is
restored. The window remains active even after you switch to other programs.
