SUMMARY
=======
After you upgrade the Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Exchange Windows
NT client to Service Pack 2 (SP2), the Microsoft Exchange Windows NT client
toolbar buttons may be missing. In addition, the toolbar buttons will also be
missing from the Compose window.
RESOLUTION
==========
To make the toolbar buttons reappear, reset the toolbar as follows:
1. Double-click the blank toolbar.
2. The Customize Toolbar dialog box will appear. Click the Reset button. The
default toolbar buttons will be displayed.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2). We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

This problem will only occur on a computer running Windows NT Server, where both
Microsoft Exchange Server and the Microsoft Exchange Windows NT client have been
installed.
