SYMPTOMS

When you insert a compact disc into your CD-ROM drive, or attempt to run a
CD-ROM based program, you may receive one of the following error messages:
- CDR-101
- Unable to read drive <CD-ROM>:
- Insufficient Memory
- <CD-ROM>:\ is not accessible. The device is not ready.
- Unable to find Setup.exe.
where <CD-ROM> is the letter of the CD-ROM drive.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if either of the following conditions are true:
- The CD-ROM for the program is damaged or needs cleaning.
- The CD-ROM drive is not properly configured.
