How can I get a replacement for my damaged book?
------------------------------------------------
If your Microsoft Press book has missing, illegible, or improperly sequenced
pages, you can exchange it by following this procedure:
1. If you have NOT opened any CD-ROM or disk pack that came with the book,
please exchange the book for a new copy at the point of purchase.
2. If you HAVE opened the CD-ROM or disk pack, please call 1-800-MS-PRESS in the
United States. Outside the United States, please contact your local Microsoft
Press distributor. A listing of these distributors can be found at

How can I get a replacement for my damaged disk or missing CD-ROM?
------------------------------------------------------------------
If your CD-ROM is clearly defective (cracked, badly warped, contains a deep
scratch, etc.), or is missing, you can exchange it for a replacement CD-ROM in
the United States by calling Microsoft Press at 1-800-MS-PRESS.
If you are outside of the United States, please contact your local Microsoft
Press distributor. For a list of distributors, please connect to the Microsoft

and look for the English Language Distributors list.
IMPORTANT: Replacing the CD-ROM or floppy disk will not solve any software
related issues. Therefore, replacement should be considered only if the Setup
program fails and if there are no other known problems posted on the Microsoft

Unfortunately we currently cannot provide replacement disk contents via the Web
due to legal considerations. However, individual file patches are posted on the
