Parameters
----------
name
Specifies the name of the user or computer.
id
Specifies the logon ID of the user or computer.

Specifies the system on which to run tracing.
/all
Runs tracing on all systems.

Enables tracing.

Enables debugging.

Runs tracing until interrupted.
