SYMPTOMS
========
If you set the initial and maximum pagefile size to zero and restart the server,
you are not presented with a pop-up message at startup. This message should
state:
Limited Virtual Memory
Your system is running without a properly sized paging file. Please use
the virtual memory option of the System applet in the Control Panel to
create a paging file, or to increase the initial size of your paging
file.
STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT Server
version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition on Alpha platforms.
