SYMPTOMS
========
When you work offline and send a message to a recipient selected from the
Offline Address Book, you may receive a systematic Non Delivery Report for a
specific recipient:
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient
CAUSE
=====
Duplicate alias names cannot occur inside an Exchange Server site; however, they
can occur inside an Exchange Server organization, causing the NDR above.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service
