SYMPTOMS
========
When a thread deletes the security context from the cache for a particular user
who is currently logged on, it is possible for another thread to initialize a
security context for the same user at the same time. When the second thread
attempts to find the security context in the cache, it is unable to do so.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server
version 5.5. For more information, please see the following article in the
