SYMPTOMS
========
If an Internet Message Access Protocol version 4 (IMAP4) command similar to the
following is sent to a Microsoft Exchange Server computer, an access violation
error may occur and the information store may stop unexpectedly:
  FETCH 1 BODY[HEADER.FIELDS (SUBJECT )]
Note the space following the word "SUBJECT"; this is not a valid FETCH command.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server
version 5.5. For more information, please see the following article in the
