SYMPTOMS
========
After you install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 on a Digital AlphaServer 2000,
2100, or 2100A computer that uses an EISA-based boot device with 32-bit Direct
Memory Access (DMA) enabled, the computer may not start.
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
