view the Player's Guide.
CAUSE

RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, configure your computer to use the Windows Standard
pointer scheme. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Mouse.
3. Click the Pointers tab.
4. In the Scheme box, click Windows Standard.
5. Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
