SYMPTOMS
========
After you apply Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5, Outlook Web
Access (OWA) may stop responding and produce the following Drwtsn32.log:

Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server

STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5 SP2. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service
Pack 3.
