SYMPTOMS
========
A message is not delivered to a mailbox or custom recipient address.
CAUSE
=====
A colon (:) in the display name of the intended address causes the Outlook Web
Access (OWA) component to add "SMTP:" to the address.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5.

WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this issue, remove the colon from the display name.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in
Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
