SYMPTOMS
========
When you upgrade your operating system to Microsoft Windows 2000, you may be
unable to log on to your computer.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- Microsoft Plus! for Kids was installed on your computer before you upgraded
to Windows 2000.
- You placed access restrictions on the .Default account in Plus! for Kids.
RESOLUTION
==========
To prevent this issue from occurring, remove all access restrictions on the
.Default user account before you upgrade to Windows 2000.
STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Plus! for Kids,
version 1.0.
