When you play Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2, the Input Method Editor (IME)
toolbar may not be displayed.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:

- Combat Flight Simulator 2 is installed on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based
  computer.

- You attempt to input Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) text.
