           (2) How to Upgrade ?



               Please follow the following steps to generate a bootable

               diskette to update the SystemBIOS.



               Step 1: Generate a bootable diskette.



               Step 2: Copy the AUTOEXEC.BAT, AWDFLASH.EXE and 9905.BIN

                       files to the diskettes.



               Step 3: Bootup your system by the bootable diskette with

                       AUTOEXEC.BAT.



               Note: Please disable the power management function and

                     unload memory managers bebore flashing the System

                     BIOS.
