Aptiva - 2163/2164 Considerations - Cannot setup/cancel Mindspring with VoiceCenter open

Description:
Mindspring cannot be setup and then canceled when Voice Center is open.
Models affected:
2163 and 2164
How to duplicate:
Open Voice Center and then open Mindspring online services. Continue until it asks for user id/account. Then click CANCEL. The following error will appear: "_setup caused ipf in mfc42.d11 at 0177:5f40552fö" Close the error and the desktop will become trashed and you will not be able to do anything. Sometimes there will be an error "Voice Center critical error, an application error occurred. Restart Voice Center to continue"ö Now many of the on-line applications will have voice chat capabilities and will need Voice Center open.

Workaround:
The user must close Voice Center if they are setting up Mindspring.
