Aptiva - Continuous prompts for Silent Steel CD

Problem:
Prompted repeatedly to put disc 1 into the drive when it is already in there. This may occur if you press the [Enter] key to continue before the CD-ROM busy light is off.
Solution:
Reboot the system. Try starting the software again, but be sure the busy light is out before pressing [Enter].
