Aptiva - CoolTalk will not send voice
Applicable to: World-Wide
Problem:
2159 Service Level A machines with Netscape 2.0 preloaded works well. However, if the user downloads a Netscape Add-on called CoolTalk they can hear the party they have connected to but they, themselves will not be heard.
Solution:
The software on the machine includes IBM's Internet Connection Phone (IC Phone.) This is the only software which was designed to work with the system. This is not to mean that no other software is compatible. Only that it is the only software tested with the machine.
