56K PC Card Modem/Cellular Capable - Cannot dial out with cellular phone

Symptom:
Motorola Cellular Phone shuts off during negotiation when used with the 56K Cellular Capable PC card modem(Marketing part number: 02K4196).
Configuration:
Solution:
The modem must be flashed to latest firmware level. Follow the link to download the latest 
firmware update.
Note: Models 6000, 6500, 8000, 8500 should work with this latest firmware. Models 3000 and 8600 are incompatible with the current level of firmware.
