The IBM 40X-17X Internal IDE CD-ROM Drive provides technology to handle software, database, and multimedia applications with speed and confidence via its 6000 to 2550KB/s (Variable read rate. Actual playback speed will vary and is often less than the maximum possible.) transfer rates, and less than 90ms access time. With IBM testing, warranty and support, the 40X-17X CD-ROM ensures durable, long-lasting, and reliable performance. The IBM 40X-17X Internal IDE CD-ROM Drive is ideal for running multimedia applications in a desktop environment. Features include:
