PURPOSE:
The purpose of this ECA is to provide a replacement system board for IBM IntelliStation E Pro systems which exhibit 161 POST (Power On Self Test) errors after being temporarily disconnected from an AC power source.
A 161 POST error indicates that either a Date/Time error has occurred or the CMOS battery is defective.
This is NOT a mandatory ECA.
This ECA is scheduled to be withdrawn May 10, 2000

This ECA is "AS REQUIRED".
This ECA is scheduled to be withdrawn June 30, 2004.
The only part number which can be ordered for this ECA is FRU P/N11L1622 or FRU P/N61H2347.
PARTS DISPOSITION:
The removed parts are the property of IBM and should be returned as per your country guidelines and
local branch office procedures.
