Network Station - Java Script Error 500

Problem:
Trying to access Network Station Manager results in an ERROR 500 cgi script not allowed on AS/400.
Solution:
Two things can produce this error:
Do WRKUSRPRF QTMHHTP1 and make sure it is enabled .
Check the objects listed below to make sure that they have QTMHHTP1 *USE authority.You can use a WRKOBJ command:
This should resolve any error 500 CGI failing.
