The IBM 256MB 100MHz Non-Parity Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) Unbuffered DIMM memory upgrade can significantly improve the performance capability of your IBM PC 300GL or PC 300PL systems. The SDRAM function enables faster performance than traditional fast page mode (FPM) memory, and can improve overall system performance. The 256MB 100MHz SDRAM Unbuffered DIMM offering lets you upgrade standard system memory and take advantage of the latest operating systems and applications.
