Description:
Sound gain is too low
Models Affected:
All 2163 and 2164
How to Duplicate:
Power on system and use an audio function.
Root Cause:
Jumper JP3 on the planar was set to bypass a small amplifier on the planar. By moving this jumper to include this amp in the audio circuit this problem is resolved. This jumper is now set correctly for production systems.
Workaround:
Fixed on all production systems.
