TP 755,760 - Primary 0005 Errors after installing MWave Version 2.22

Symptom:
MWave Primary 0005 error during boot-up after installing MWave v2.22 code.
e.g.
Error:MWMEOOO1 MWave Modem Internal Error. Primary Code:5 (0x0005)
Secondary Code: 4294967280 (Oxfffffff0) File: MWWTTBLW.DLL
Line: 4670
Cause:
This problem is caused by old MWave code that is still on the system, most likely in a different subdirectory than the code most recently installed.
Solution:
You will need to know the name of the file causing the error. When the error occurs perform the following:
1. Click on the details button on the GPF error. In the error message above, the problem is with the MWWTTBLW.DLL file.
2. Search the drive for multiple copies of this file. In this example, there are two instances of the file, one in c:\windows\system and the other in c:\mww\manager.
3. Delete the file in the c:\windows\system directory.
Detailed Instructions:
1. Click on the start button
2. Click on Programs
3. Click on the MS DOS prompt option. Normally this will respond with c:\windows>
4. Type "CD SYSTEM" and press ENTER.
5. Type "DIR MW* /S" and press ENTER. If you see any of the following files in the Windows\System, remove them from the Windows\System subdirectory. The new version of these files are in the Mww\Manager subdirectory. Do NOT delete these files:
Directory of C:\MWW\Manager
MWAGENT DLL
MWave.DLL
MWWTTBLW DLL
Directory of C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
MWAGENT.DLL
MWave.DLL
MWWTTBLW.DLL
6. After removing the above file(s), shutdown and restart the system.
The offending file happened to be the MWWTTBLW.DLL but the other files, which are part of a previous install may create other problems and should be removed as well.
