Rapid Access Keyboard - Unable to locate files or programs

Applicable to: EMEA, AP-S

Symptom:
Customizing Rapid Access buttons and can't find certain programs or files (i.e. Internet browser, word processor, or games).

Environment:
Windows 95 or Windows 98

Solution:

1. Select the second option View suggested programs in the Customization screen. This options display all programs loaded on the system.
2. Select the third option, View all programs and files in the Customization screen. This options display all programs and files on the system.
