Problems with KidsRoom Uninstall.

Detail:
When a user attempts to Uninstall KidsRoom, they will receive an "ERROR #53". When they click on OK, the Uninstall program will seem to fail.

Answer / Workaround:
Although the error message has appeared, the Uninstall has actually worked properly. The final step is to reboot the system, so that the files 'tagged' for deletion can be removed. Once a reboot is performed, KidsRoom will be fully removed.

Problems with KidsRoom ReInstall.

Detail:
When a user attempts to ReInstall KidsRoom, over an existing working copy, a message is displayed asking the user if they want to overwrite some files, if they choose "YES", an error will be displayed stating: "General file error. Please check your target location and try again. Error number: -4 Related File: c:\windows\msvcrt40.dll" This is due the READ-ONLY file C:\WINDOWS\MSVCRT40.DLL.

Answer / Workaround:
During the ReInstallation, the user may select "NO" when prompted to overwrite, or manually delete the file "C:\WINDOWS\MSVCRT40.DLL" from a SAFE MODE COMMAND PROMPT prior to Windows loading, then start the ReInstall.

Launching Kidsroom again while in app results in page fault.

Detail:
If you assign one of the EZ Buttons to launch KidsRoom, then launch it from the button, it will allow a second instance to launch, however, will return an error upon doing so.
To recreate:
1. Assign an EZ Button to start KidsRoom.
2. Launch KidsRoom from that EZ Button.
3. From within KidsRoom, launch a 'Kids' program such as "Hearts".
4. Press the KidsRoom EZ Button again. The error displayed states: "Kidsroom caused an invalid page fault in module RTLIB32.DLL.

Answer / Workaround:
This is a limitation of the KidsRoom application working with EZ Buttons. The list of "Suggested Applications" inside EZ Buttons Configuration, was modified to NOT include KidsRoom as a suggestion. However, customer's can still search for and add KidsRoom to a button manually. If they choose to do so, it will work fine, as long as they don't try to launch a second instance of KidsRoom while another application is running.

Video distortion in password prompt window on exit.

Detail:
After securing Kidsroom, launching the application, then trying to exit, the password prompt screen appears. The red text within this window is very distorted. Has traces of white within the red and make the text nearly unreadable. No video distortion seen otherwise in this app.

Answer / Workaround:
Font Smoothing is turned on by default to improve the appearance of Access Aptiva. Workaround is to go to Display Properties --> Plus! --> and remove the check on "Smooth edges of screen fonts". However, in doing so, Access Aptiva text will not be as clear.

Unable to enter password.

Detail:
The password for Kids Room is CASE SENSITIVE, if entered differently, no messages are displayed other than to inform the user that the password entered is incorrect.

Answer / Workaround:
