Servers - Advanced System Management Adapter fails to dial out

Symptom:
When trying to dial into the adapter, a connection is made but is lost almost immediately.

Solution:
Verify connection to Service Processor is being used, not the serial connection. Use Service Processor 'Connect' off of the menu bar to verify.
