TP 760, 765 - IRQ 3 & 4 usage on systems using OSR2 only

SYMPTOM:
ThinkPads that are preloaded with the OSR2 Microsoft operating system, will not enable users to use IRQs 3 or 4 (for PCMCIA Modems or Token Ring cards) .
SYNOPSIS: The system tries to detect the list of IRQs, that the PCMCIA Cardbus controller specifically use. The system list nor the controller list of parameters, correspond to the available IRQ parameters that the system has.
CONFIGURATION:
ThinkPads 760, 765 machines with a PCMCIA Cardbus controller loaded with OSR2.
RESOLUTION:
The OSR2 Registry patch provided below enables customers to update their registry configurations with the correct PCMCIA registry instructions to use IRQs 3 & 4.

Installation instructions:
1) copy the file to c:\windows\desktop
2) an icon will show up on the desktop
3) double click on the icon, this will update the registry
