TP 760ED - PCMCIA Default resources conflict under Windows 95

Applicable to: World-Wide

SYMPTOM:
EtherJet PCMCIA default resources conflict under Windows 95

CONFIGURATION:
ThinkPad 760ED running Windows 95 using an IBM EtherJet PC Card.

SOLUTION:
The default base port I/O address selected by Windows 95 hardware installation using our current Windows 95 driver is 110hex. This causes a bogus resource conflict under device manager in the 760ED. To correct this problem, simply select adapter from device manager list. click on resource tab, uncheck autmatic configuration, and manually change I/O address from 0110 to something known to work (such as 0300). The NIF file for DOS and OS/2 shows that under those OS's only the range from 200-360hex is valid.
