TP General - After Installing new hardware or software you are unable to boot your operating system

SYMPTOM:
After installing new software or hardware you are Unable to boot into Windows 95 (or Windows 3.X)
CONFIGURATION:
Any system that has ConfigSafe preloaded.
SOLUTION:
Reboot your computer.
When you see the line Starting Windows 95 press the F8 key.
Now choose the selection that says DOS Command Prompt.
At the DOS prompt, change the directory to C:\CSAFE95
Type in SOS and press enter. This opens the ConfigSafe DOS utility. Press Enter again.
Choose the last snapshot taken before installation of the new hardware or software. This date should already be highlighted.
Press Enter again.
ConfigSafe will now restore your system files and Registry keys to state they were in before you tried to install the new hardware or software.
When the restore is complete, reboot your computer. You should now be able to boot into Windows 95 correctly.
