Aptiva - Can I use multiple databases when printing form letters or labels?

MS Works for Windows can only link to a single database when printing form letters or labels. Below are some examples of why you might want to link to multiple databases, with an explanation of what you must do to allow Works to print additional fields or records.
Example 1:
If your form letter needs to be sent to addresses that are in multiple databases, choose Print Form Letters from the File menu for each database.

You can combine the databases by copying all of the records into a common database file.
Example 2:
If your form letter requires information from multiple databases for each record in the first database, then you must manually add the additional fields to the first database for them to be accessed in each letter.
