MM55 and MM75 Monitors - Sound in DOS mode

Situation:
Under full DOS mode, the volume and mute controls on the MM55 and MM75 monitor have no function.
Solution:
The only way to control volume levels in DOS mode is:
1. Volume controls within the game (refer to third party game instructions)
2. Running c:\windows\cwbmix.exe (the crystal sound mixer). This will adjust global sound levels in DOS mode
