Aptiva - IC Phone cannot connect to server selected error

Explanation:
If user is trying to connect to IC Phone servers using services such as American Online or Prodigy, the IC Phone will not work. IC Phone is designed for a TCP/IP Connection like those provided by Internet Service Providers such as IBM Global Network.
Alternative Explanation:
TCP/IP Settings are incorrect. Contact your Internet service provider for instructions for setting up TCP/IP
