Can Works print title rows and columns at the top of every page?

Answer:
Usually, title rows and columns do not appear on every page of a printed spreadsheet. If you want, however, you can command Works to print these rows and columns at the top and/or left edge of each page. To do this, place the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet into view. Position the highlight in the cell immediately to the right of the right-most title column and immediately below the bottom-most title row. Pull down the Options menu, and select the Freeze Titles command.

For example, to freeze: PERSONAL FINANCES May 1989 in the file BUDGET.WKS (sample file that came with Works), you would place the highlight in cell C2. Therefore, in your spreadsheet, highlight the appropriate cell. From the Options menu, choose Freeze Titles. Next, choose Print. This will allow your title to appear on each page printed. You may find it helpful to use the 'Preview' option from the Print menu to verify that the spreadsheet appears as you wish.
