PS/1-Aptiva - Font used for footnotes in Microsoft Works

In Microsoft Works, the footnote reference mark and footnote text will always use the default font when inserted in the Word Processor.
For example, if the default font in the Word Processor is Times New Roman 12, but your document is formatted with Arial 16, the footnote will still use the default font of Times New Roman 12.
The footnote information can be formatted to reflect a different font and style using the following steps:
1. Move your cursor to where you want to insert the footnote reference mark.
2. From the Insert menu, choose Footnote and choose either the Numbered or Character Mark button.
3. Choose OK and type the footnote text in the footnote pane.
4. Highlight the text in the footnote window at the bottom of the screen.
5. From the Format menu, choose Font & style and press ENTER.
