PS/1 - Modem COM port setting on a 2133 or 2155 modem

There are four switches on the modem of the PS/1 2133 and 2155. The position of these switches will determine which COM port setting is active. Switches are located towards the side of the modem near the edge connector and will be labled 1, 2, 3, and 4. Listed below are the switches positions that relate to a particular COM port address:
