Aptiva - 2159 - Choppy sound and video
Applicable to: United States
When accessing the CD-ROM drive, you could experience choppy sound and video when using applications with movies. If you experience problems such as choppy sound or video when running an application from the CD-ROM, you may have an older BIOS.
In order to get the most recent BIOS revision, please use your Update Connector Program. Do this by clicking on the Start bar at the bottom of your screen and do the following... Start ---> Programs ---> AptivaWare ---> Update Connector. Update Connector will also install all software upgrades which are available at the time you log on.
You may wish to log onto Update Connector every month or so to retrieve these and other types of software updates.
