Aptiva - 2156 - Insufficient Memory to Operate ViaVoice

Problem description:
When loading ViaVoice, an error message is received that states that there may be insufficient memory to operate ViaVoice.
Step by step problem reproduction:
Load the ViaVoice application with the standard 32 MB of memory.
Root cause:
The system has a total of 32 MB of memory, of which 4 MB is used by the video controller. This leaves only 28 MB for applications to use. ViaVoice requires 32 MB to perform efficiently.
Workaround:
Install additional memory
