PC Server 330 - Problem setting up EZ-RAID option (EMEA only)

Symptom
When using the RAID installation disks supplied with the new PC Server 330, problems arise when EZ RAID option is selected to set up a RAID array with less than 4 hardfiles. NOTE this does not affect arrays with 4 or more drives.
Problem Isolation Aids
System is PC Server 330. Array has less than 4 drives.
Fix
If you have the ServeRAID Configuration Program as supplied in your country ship group Version 2.23.12, then you must obtain the corrected ServeRAID Configuration Program version 2.30 or later.
1. Go to web site: http://www.us.pc.ibm.com/searchfiles.html
2. Search for ServeRAID.
3. The configuration diskette is: 0511497.exe - IBM ServeRAID, ServeRAID II and onboard ServeRAID configuration diskette version 2.30 or later. This version has no known bugs.
Alternatively: For immediate fix (non EZRAID solution)
1. Reboot machine to Configuration diskette.
2. Go straight to Option 4 "Create/Delete/Copy Log Drive" on main menu.
3. Follow instructions in User's Handbook.
