Aptiva - 2163 ddhelp error on shutdown

Symptom:
When I shutdown the system after installing Lotus Millennium I get an illegal operation in GDI.exe.
Solution:
Download and install the Riva video firmware update (RVFLSH.EXE). This will update the firmware on the video card to the most current version. To download the update, click here

If other TSR programs have been installed and the error still occurs after the update, close the "SmartCenter" bar before shutting down. Exposure to this can also be limited by removing Lotus SmartSuite icons from the "Start Up" folder or by reinstalling Norton Antivirus.
