IBM WorkPad - HotSync Fails With MS Exchange

SYMPTOM:
On some occassion, HotSync fails when used with MSExchange
SOLUTION:
There are two solutions to this problem:
- One option is to move any draft messages to another folder before HotSynching.
- A second option is to download the most current version of MSExchange, which is available free on the Internet via Microsoft. Click on this URL to download the latest version:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/download/exupdusa.exe.
Note: With some versions of MS Exchange, if an E-mail message has been saved as a draft message (in the Draft Folder), HotSync will fail.
