IBM IntelliStation/IBM PC - Cannot boot from LS-120 diskette drive

LS-120 is a new technology disk drive that supports 720KB and 1.44MB diskettes as well as the new 120MB superdiskettes.
Windows NT and 95 presently supply drivers for this drive, and the drives are supported on IBM IntelliStation and IBM PC systems that support these operating systems UNLESS the drive is to be bootable.
This is a BIOS limitation and future systems will support these drives as bootable. BIOS of some currently available systems may be upgraded in the future to provide bootable LS-120 support.
PERMANENT SOLUTION:
Apply BIOS upgrade with bootable LS-120 support if and when available.
