TP 560X,770 - Correcting General Protection Faults after installing new software

SYMPTOM:
Customer is getting general protection faults after installing new software
CONFIGURATION:
Any system pre-installed with the ConfigSafe software.
RESOLUTION:
First, take a snapshot of your system with ConfigSafe.
Click on the Start bar, and choose the ConfigSafe program.
Click on the Snapshot button.
Name this snapshot After XXX Software Installation
Click on the OK button. ConfigSafe will take a snapshot or your current configuration.
Now, restore your system.
Click on the Restore button.
In the box at the top of the Restore screen, use the drop-down menu to choose the snapshot date before you installed this software.
Click on the Restore button.
Click on the Restart Windows button.
ConfigSafe will now restore your system and reboot Windows 95.
