IBM PC - Reprint un-install utility does not work

Symptom:
Reprint un-install utility does not work. The affected machines are:
6571, 6573, 6581, 6583, 6585, 6875, 6876, 6885, 6876, 6886

Problem Isolation Aids:
None.

Fix:
Reprint's delete software is not functioning properly. For a temporary workaround, please follow the steps detailed below :

1. If you are running Windows, exit to the DOS prompt.
2. Change to the root directory of the drive where REPRINT is installed.
3. Type DELTREE REPRINT at the DOS prompt. Include the path statement if the REPRINT directory is located inside a subdirectory. For example:

DELTREE C:\TOOLS\REPRINT

4. Type Y when prompted by DELTREE.

With Windows running, double-click on the Un-Install icon found within the REPRINT group. Do the following when prompted by RePrint's Un-Install utility messages:

'This Un-Installs REPRINT and deletes all associated files and icons for your hard drive' - Single-click on the "OK" button.
'Are You Sure ?' - Single-click on the 'OK' button.
