Aptiva - 2156 Considerations - USB speakers do not work

Problem Description:
When attaching USB speakers to 2156 models running the default resolution, wave and midi sounds cannot be heard.
The user also will be unable to open the volume control panel.
Models Affected:
All 2156
Root Cause:
This is a limitation of the bandwidth of the video chipset.
Workaround:
Some USB speakers will work in 640x480 16 color, 640x480 256 color, 800x600 256 color, 1024x768 16bit color, and 1280x1024 32bit color modes.
